Live in the Lowcountry

Sea Pines

Hilton Head Island

Known worldwide as a first-class resort and golf destination, Sea Pines is also home to thousands of island residents. Developed in the 1960s on 5,000 acres by visionary Charles Fraser, Sea Pines was one of the first planned communities to be built with the goal of preserving its beautiful natural environment. Fraser’s masterpiece forever shaped the development of Hilton Head Island, and inspired similar communities around the world.

Golf and Amenities

In terms of golf and lifestyle amenities, it doesn’t get much more impressive than Sea Pines. Starting with the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, home of South Carolina’s only PGA Tour stop, the RBC Heritage, Sea Pines’ selection of golf courses are unrivaled on the island. The Pete Dye-designed Heron Point was named South Carolina’s Golf Course of the Year in 2015, and Atlantic Dunes, recently redesigned by Davis Love III, is the quintessential coastal course. Sea Pines Country Club also offers a beautiful private option with breathtaking marsh views.

In addition to golf, Sea Pines also offers beautiful beaches, oceanfront dining, and a private beach club exclusive for owners. Residents also enjoy an extensive network of bike paths, a nature reserve, a marina and unlimited water sports, and two of the most popular commercial centers on the island, Harbour Town and South Beach.

Real Estate

Sea Pines offers a world-class residential community within a beautiful resort atmosphere, and also boasts the largest variety of housing options on the island, from condos and patio homes to luxurious waterfront houses. Though limited in number, there are a few lots for sale, starting in the mid $100k’s. Condos and patio homes can be found in the high $100k’s, while single-family homes start in the low $300k’s and go well into the millions.
