Live in the Lowcountry

Berkeley Hall

Bluffton

Voted one of the “25 Best Places to Retire in 2016” by Forbes magazine, Berkeley Hall represents the finest in private club living in a uniquely Lowcountry setting.

Berkely Hall is a private golf community located in Bluffton, SC, approximately six miles from Hilton Head Island. It sits on 980 acres, bordered by the beautiful Okatie River.

Golf and Amenities

Berkeley Hall is home to two unique Tom Fazio-designed courses, featuring dramatic elevation changes, beautiful water features, and only 5 homes sites per hole, making it one of the lowest density private golf communities in the southeast.

At the center of the community is the Amenity Village. On one side is the 35,000-square foot Jeffersonian-style clubhouse, which serves as the community’s social activity center, and seven dining venues. On the other side sits the Spa and Fitness Center, with a fitness facility, spa treatment rooms, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and the start of a 9-mile Greenway Trail System.

Real Estate

Living options range from estate homes and Charleston-style golf cottages to lifestyle homes and homesites. Homesites begin under $100k, golf cottages are priced in the high $300k’s, and single family homes start in the mid $400k’s.
