Golden Isles

Sea Island, a gated community with a selection of luxurious residences and home to the Forbes Five-Star property, The Cloister, provides residents a resort lifestyle amidst live oaks, salt marshes and private beaches.

Golf and Amenities

Sea Island boasts three championship golf courses, including Plantation and Seaside, home of the PGA Tour’s RSM Classic. Seaside Course is a links course reminiscent of St. Andrews, with grand ocean vistas, while the Plantation Course winds through the island’s marshes and forest.

Ocean Forest – gated community on the northern tip of Sea Island, situated around the Ocean Forest Golf Club, feature patio homes, townhomes, and single-family homes and homesites.

Beach Club – offering both garden and ocean residence condos, ranging from 2,000 – 4,000 square feet, that are steps from the beach and convenient to all club amenities.

Black Banks River Residences – exclusive gated neighborhood close to The Cloister, featuring luxurious 4,000 – 5,000 square foot condominium flats with river and marsh views, and surrounded by the resorts’ amenities.

Cottage Colony – the oldest section of Sea Island, the single-family residences are all within walking distance to the beach, and range in size and architectural style; a limited number of home sites also remain.
